Karen has more than two decades of experience providing leadership development to organizations.

As both a coach and mentor to leaders, executives, and management teams, Karen has consistently demonstrated that improved communication within companies is often the single most important feature of truly successful organizations. 

Karen combines a well-grounded academic background with her real-world business experience. This blend of practical application, knowledge, and professional expertise make her a savvy and effective facilitator with organizations.

Karen holds a B.S. in Special Education from St. Cloud State University, an M.S. in Management, and an M.A. in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution, from Baker University. She has taught as a Graduate School Adjunct Faculty at Baker University and Benedictine College.
